The Technical Operator is the natural person or business entity responsible for ensuring the technical operation of the xHOSTING community system, maintaining the community infrastructure, issuing official invoices for contributions, and enforcing compliance with the rules and policies.

xHOSTING is a controlled-access technical community whose purpose is not mass service provision or participation in price competition. Registration is public; users registering with a valid invitation receive ordering rights immediately, while users registering without an invitation must receive approval through an access request before ordering services.
The operation of the system is based on sustainability, controlled and responsible use of resources, and community trust.
When designing and operating its infrastructure, xHOSTING prioritizes the conscious and optimized use of proven, reliable technical equipment. The goal is not the wasteful replacement of resources, but the extension of the service life of existing hardware through proper planning, maintenance, and load management.
Energy efficiency and the reduction of environmental impact are key considerations in system operation, including the use of green energy sources and solutions aimed at minimizing the ecological footprint.
All of this is carried out while preserving service quality: the primary objective of xHOSTING’s technical decisions is stable operation, predictable performance, and the avoidance of resource overutilization.
xHOSTING does not offer public, package-based, or commercially operated hosting services. Service ordering access to the community infrastructure is obtained directly with a valid invitation, or, for public registrations without an invitation, after an approved access request.
