How does the xHOSTING access approval system work?

On xHOSTING, invitations grant immediate ordering access, while registration without an invitation uses access requests to protect stability and finite community resources.

What does registration mean?

Registration with an invitation creates a client account with immediate ordering rights. Public registration without an invitation creates the account, but ordering is available only after an access request has been approved.

Why is review needed?

Because capacity is finite, the system must protect itself from abuse, over-allocation and overload. The request helps determine whether the planned usage fits the community model.

What happens after submitting the request?

The access request may be approved automatically, rejected, or forwarded for administrator review. This is only needed for ordering rights when the user registered without an invitation.
